you still have to read and movies you still have to see and albums you still have to hear and places you still have to go and loves you still have to love and homes you still have to make and people you still have to meet and things you still have to make and rare elements you still have to discover and think ughhh why the fuck am I checking my email right now?
I’m not one to blog too much about my personal life but here is a quick and dirty run down of my trip to San Francisco.
Day 1: I landed at 11:30. Andrea picked me up and we grabbed some sushi. After lunch we drove around the city and checked out a few of the different neighborhoods.
Day 2: We went to Sutro Baths. The weather was windy and dreary but I had a great time. The ruins and caves there are incredible. After my asthma attack subsided we walked Haight Street and checked out a few of the shops. Amoeba Music has a location here. That place is insane.
Day 3: Alamo Square and Alcatraz. Alamo Square is the park that overlooks the Painted Ladies (the houses I posted a picture of before). I love this park. After the park we took a night tour of Alcatraz. Wicked.
Day 4: Went for a hike through the sequoias. There is an amazing sandstone formation about a mile into the park that we climbed. Being afraid of heights, this was nerve-racking, but it was absolutely beautiful.
Day 5: I flew out at 1pm. Sadface.
I fell in love with this city and miss it terribly. These six months or so need to move along so I can move out there.
